Palm programs, memos, addresses, and to do lists can be organized into categories (to make finding them easier).

You can switch categories from the main screen. (to get to the main screen tap home icon)

Repeatedly tapping home icon moves through the program categories in alphabetical order.

The category you are viewing is listed in the top-right corner (in this case "Medicine").

Taping the category opens the category list. (Try it on the image below).
